Personalized guidance at the staff, leadership, and congregational level to make your ministry physically, culturally, and relationally accessible.
We provide comprehensive, personalized guidance designed to support ministries at every level—staff, leadership, and the broader congregation—as they work toward becoming fully accessible and inclusive communities. This includes addressing physical spaces, shaping healthy and welcoming cultures, and strengthening relational practices so that people of all abilities feel seen, valued, and supported. Rather than offering one-time solutions, we focus on building an ongoing partnership, walking alongside your ministry as a trusted resource. Together, we help you move beyond accommodation toward true belonging, ensuring individuals with disabilities and their families can participate, serve, and thrive as integral members of your faith community.
Cameron and Annie are gifted and passionate communicators who bring depth, authenticity, and clarity to conversations around disability advocacy, biblical teaching, preaching, and the profound beauty of God’s grace revealed through suffering. Drawing from lived experience with disability, they invite audiences into a deeper understanding that goes beyond theory, creating moments of empathy, conviction, and hope. Their speaking engages both heart and mind, challenging listeners to see disability through a redemptive lens while equipping them to take tangible steps toward inclusion. Audiences leave not only moved by the power of their story, but also inspired and empowered to pursue meaningful, lasting change within their churches, organizations, and communities.
Through our mentorship program, we intentionally connect individuals and families impacted by disability with qualified mentors who share similar lived experiences and a deep understanding of the challenges and joys that come with the journey. These relationships provide encouragement, practical wisdom, and hope rooted in genuine empathy. In addition, we invite donors to play a meaningful role by sponsoring mentors, making these connections possible and sustainable. Together, this creates a beautiful, life-giving network of reciprocity and support—one where care is shared, stories are honored, and the disability community is strengthened through mutual investment and belonging.
